Responsibilities​

• Design visually appealing interfaces and icons in accordance with the project's art style
• Create logical and user-friendly interaction designs based on the project's user experience requirements
• Propose UI optimization plans based on game content and efficiently manage UI resource sizes
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve the quality of visual design

Requirement​s

• Passion for games, familiarity with Western cartoon art styles, and at least 3 years of experience in game UI design
• Solid art fundamentals, strong sense of color, rich imagination, clear understanding of game interaction design, and a high level of aesthetic judgment
• Team player with initiative, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and a continuous learner
• Proficient in the Unity3D engine and skilled in using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with animation tools such as Spine a bonus

In 30 days, you will

• Familiarize yourself with the existing art style of current projects and the file structure on Dropbox
• Design UI for an upcoming update of a game project

In 90 days, you will

• Take ownership of the art asset production pipeline across multiple game projects
• Propose improvements to the UI and interactions of existing games

In 1 year, you will

• Gain a deep understanding of the UI requirements for the team’s mobile and PC game projects
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in user interaction and interface design in the industry
• Contribute new ideas and solutions to the team’s UI design and production efforts
